What are some good finance classes to take?

What are some classes that well help for a job in investment banking?

For my business administration/finance degree the requirements are…
1.)FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING.
2.)PROBLEMS IN CORPORATE FINANCE.
3.)PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS.
And then I need three more financial electives.

Some of the other finance classes I glanced at were…
-DERIVATIVE SECURITIES
[Introduction to derivatives; options, forwards, futures, and swaps; trading of derivatives and the arbitrage relationships; pricing of derivatives on equities, debt, commodities and foreign exchange.]
-REAL ESTATE FINANCE AND INVESTMENT
[Fundamental concepts, investigation and evaluation of real (estate) assets. Single residence; multiple dwellings; commercial properties. Applications based on financial theory and methodology.]
-FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
[Financial management of financial institutions: commercial banks, S&Ls, insurance companies, other financial institutions. Asset and liability management.]
-CORPORATE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY
[In-depth analysis of financial data and stock prices. Study of relationship among financial markets, financial strategy, and welfare of corporate stake holders.]
-CASES AND PROBLEMS IN CORPORATE FINANCE
[Use of case analyses to study financial concepts and techniques. Topics include: investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, long-term and short-term financing.]

if you're wanting to work as a banker then the two corp finance classes and finance institutions will be better. Also accounting courses that deal with financial statements are great

Personally, I would run to get in line for the real estate finance class... knowing that stuff could make you really rich one day.

Finance institutions I would definetly recommend
