I'm thinking about getting some humanities credits out of the way next semester.

Depends what you think of as good… Phil 303 maybe?

if there are no prereqs listed on the course guide or wolverineaccess…can a freshman just jump into a 300 level humanities course?

Yes and if you put in anywhere close to the amount of work you put in for …say engin 100, you will ace it anyway.

Take something that interests you. For engineers, I’d recommend econ because you are going to deal with economic issues every day out in the workplace / real world.

Hello… humanities…

My God, I hope I wouldn’t have to put as much effort into a class like Phil 303 as I would for Engr 100. Could I ace it with a fifth of the effort, because if I were to take it that’s probably how much I would put in.

What about a foreign language? Wouldn’t be a bad thing on your resume. Either that or Art History.
