I'm a freshman in high school and I'm looking for well known, prestigious summer camps to do before I become a sophomore. My topic interests are pretty diverse- I like debate a lot (am in model un, planning to do youth and government in the spring). I would like some more exposure to science/technology/that sort of stuff. If there's something to do with writing, I might look into that as well. Also, I don't want to go to those money-making camps like Explo, some of the summer programs at Duke, Columbia, etc. I've already done CTY as well, so not that. So far I have looked at Smith SSEP for science, and also the Middlebury-Monterey Language Academy for Spanish (this one seems pretty interesting). However many programs which I think I would like (ex. TASS) are for older students, so I'm kind of frustrated. If you have any suggestions/reviews please tell me!
