What are some good types of community service?

I was just wondering what would be considered stand-out examples of volunteer work/community service which would make me stand out in an applicant pool at selective schools. For example, I have made and collected over 1,000 greeting cards and started a “Cards for COVID initiative” (which is still going on, my goal is to reach 5,000) to send warm wishes to doctors and medical professionals around the US serving infected patients. I have also taught art lessons to underrepresented children in my community and offered online fun arts and crafts lessons to hundreds of orphans in Guatemala, India, US, and Canada in different languages (I am multilingual and can speak English, Spanish, and two Indian dialects). However, although I find this to be a very rewarding experience, I think my efforts are pretty mediocre compared to the high-caliber work/efforts of other applicants to such selective schools.

No one type of community service is better than another. Do what interests you and work to make a positive impact.

Do something with a higher benefit to the community than to you. Something that you could use your talents, in your case-art. Something that can show a beneficial outcome and be sustainable after you move on from high school. Something that inspires others to follow in your footsteps.
