<p>If Minnesota and/or Wisconsin are admissions safeties for you, then there is not a lot of reason to look elsewhere, since they are good and low cost for you.</p>
<p>If not, then you may have to look at less selective schools, like Delaware, Virginia Tech, etc. to see if they are safeties (though you can still apply to Minnesota and Wisconsin if your stats indicate that they are a match or a not-unrealistic reach).</p>
