Home state? Budget?

@Gumbymom Thanks for the reply. I am from CA and money is not an issue for me.

Definitely add Cal Poly SLO and a few other UC’s to your list. What is your UC GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Also what is your HS course rigor? AP/IB or DE courses?

@Gumbymom Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll definitely look into Cal Poly SLO and I forgot to add UCLA + UC Irvine onto my list (oops).
UC GPA is 3.82 according to that link.
Honors Science and History (freshman and sophmore), Honors English(Freshman to now), Honors Precalc(this year). This year I am taking 3 AP courses (APs are only offered to upperclassmen in my school): Computer Science, Physics, and Statistics and I am planning to take the AP Calculus BC test. Planning on taking AP Chemistry, AP Government, AP Bio, and AP English Lit next year.

UC’s are very GPA focused so having good test scores many times is not enough to get into the very competitive majors like CS. SLO also has about a 10% acceptance rate for CS so make sure you have at least another safety on your list.

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 12%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 39%
UCSB: 49%
UCD: 52%
UCI: 57%
UCSC: 83%
UCR: 90%
UCM: 92%

Good luck and keep fine tuning that list.

Forgot to add my honors courses in that GPA calculator. My actual UC GPA is 4.13.

Anyway, thanks for the advice, it looks like I should research schools that I have a higher chance of getting into.
