What are the best APs to Self-Study?

Just as the title states. I have heard different point of views. I am thinking of self-studying for 2 AP tests. Which ones do you reccomend? I heard that AP Statistics is easy (planning to study that). What other APs did you self study for and the books that you used w/ the scores you got. This information would be very helpful.

Thank You

i heard stats and psychology

Consider taking Macroeconomics and Mircoeconomics? (Basically hitting two birds with one stone)

econ is pretty easy to self-study. just leave time for adequate review.

Macroeconomics and Mircoeconomics taking it next year and Statistics sounds about good.

How about environmental sci? or geography, etc.

Enviromental is generally considered an easy AP test, so go for it, just remember not to overload yourself.

i self studied enviro this past year. it really wasn't that bad at all. it's mostly major concepts. of course, there may be a couple of questions about specific facts or whatever, but there aren't enough to hurt your score. just don't use barron's. get the textbook that the collegeboard recommends by miller.

what book would you recommend for stats? how about geography?

Statistics is a joke. You should be able to do that one pretty easily.

Ok,
I think i will study for Macro enconmics, Statistics, and Environmental Science. I have 5 months to self study due to the SAT so i do not think that this will be over kill.

well if you buy macro, micro comes free. besides, some colleges require both to get credit.

any good text books for Statistics, Environmental Science, and Economics? This would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

any books out there worth mentioning?

For Environmental Science review book, AP Environmental Science Study Guide by Awesome Guides (awesomeguides.com) is decent. It covers enough content to get a 5, but it's not as interesting to read as the textbook, Living in the Environment by Typer Miller

i always use barrons. hasnt failed me. (given me three 800s on SAT IIs, plus perfect mult choice section on sat ii writing)

wow thats a nice comment. I will definately try barrons for Stats because Barrons strong point is math most of the time.

Human Geography :)

Calc (chars)

Stats, env science, psychology from what I've heard

I already took psychology. I have heard that Human Geography is more random than any other AP so i am avoiding that at the moment.

MathWiz, are you crazy? Calc is not for self-studying. lol. :D

Macroecon should be pretty easy, in my opinion.
