Frankly, Sac has a very solid Business program, lots of internships, excellent faculty, biz focused clubs, etc. so why plan to leave?
If you plan to transfer and really want to save $ why not go to a CC?
Also - transfer admission to SDSU and CP SLO is VERY competitive - so have a fallback.
