<p>Villanova is 15 minutes outside Philly in a VERY expensive neighborhood. Most would consider it part of Philly in the same way UCLA, which is 15 minutes outside of downtown LA and surrounded by $10M-$100M mansions (Holby Hills, Bel Air), is part of LA.</p>

<p>I live 5 minutes away from Villanova; I’m well aware. It’s not a neighborhood, it’s a town. And no, no one considers it part of Philly.</p>

<p>Villanova is very much a Philly suburb. My Philly suburban high school was on the other side of the highway next to Villanova U</p>
