<p>I am applying for a web design and internet marketing internship and I am having issues creating my cover letter. I have already mentioned my technical skills in the cover letter but I need to write a paragraph that highlights my soft skills. </p>

<p>The best soft skills are the ones that they post in the job description. If they don’t mention any, then extrapolate what could be helpful based on the description. For instance, will you be working in a team or independently? Will you be following specific protocols or will you be expected to problem solve on your own? Is the job more detail oriented or goal oriented? Whatever would be most helpful for the job (and anything they mention specifically) would be good to include. </p>
<p>A good way to describe then would likely be in the same way you introduced your technical skills, by describing past experience where you developed or used those skills.</p>
