4) Never had much ambition, joined the reserves right out of high school, went to basic training summer after HS
5) came back, went to a small 4 year college close to my house -- managed a 1.3 GPA (yikes!!)
6) Shortly after that semester...got deployed overseas for 1 - 1/2 yrs. ---I am a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom
7) Came back and brought my GPA up to 3.337 at 54 hrs., stayed on the Dean's List 3 consecutive semesters.

9) Went to a community college for a summer course, but my mother was diagnosed with Diabetes and I wanted to stay home with her. Tried to withdraw but the college messed things up and shows an F on my transcript there. So I took the same exact course at my 4 year University the next semester and made solid B.
