What are the chances of getting into college

Okay so I graduated high school with honors. The problem is that junior year my SAT was 1520 and I was so disgusted with my score that I didn’t even bother retaking it. Even though I have a high GPA I feel stupid and worthless. I want to get my bachelors degree. Nothing against community college but I don’t want to go to community college first and then transfer because it’s confusing to transfer credits and then I have to situate myself all over again and other reasons that are just too long for me to mention. Do you know any good universities around the country that will accept this score? I wasn’t an athlete in high school and I only volunteered a little bit but I lost all of my community service hours papers. I’m so depressed and honestly feeling suicidal

You’re not going to end up at community college because of an average score on the SAT. You have to remember, 1520 is dead average, not terrible. Though this score could get you into very many colleges, if you want to go to a “good university” then you should look for better schools that don’t require the SAT. I’m sure the rest of your scores would suffice at those schools. There are thousands of colleges in the United States, and even though a lot of people feel like they’re only worth anything if they go to one of seven ivies, it’s not true. You have value and many colleges, hundreds really if not thousands, would definitely accept you. Fairtest.org has a list of colleges that do not require the SAT, if you want to find a school whose average is higher than your score (though there are also many colleges out there that would accept a 1520).
