<p>They are VERY nice for the most part. You pretty much won't see any worse than Prophasi's in general, and that's saying much because his is so nice. The cream of the crop, however, are the new Tercero's and Segundo's.</p>

<p>Being the geek that I am, I checked housing.ucdavis.edu and they've got new pictures of the New Tercero dorms, which I believe you're in megathunder. </p>

<p>Well, dorms are pretty much built for freshmen, so yeah. </p>
<p>Yeah Proph, Im in the new Tercero's. It's pretty funny actually, one of my friends is in the first room picture on the site. Didn't expect that, haha..</p>
<p>Not only are the dorms nice but the common areas, lounges, dining commons, and study rooms are very attractive and functional. Like many UCs the dorms are primarilly for first year students and then you are on your own. Davis has the feel of a University, long tree lined streets and quads; it could be a movie set.</p>
<p>most are really nice. I'm living in Cuarto. It's a nice bikeride to campus, or very convenient on the bus. My room has 4 people in it. 2bedrooms, 1 bath and a common area. I like it alot. Other rooms in Cuarto have 6 people, 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Some have like 8 people per room! All our rooms are carpeted except the bathroom
In Segundo, the rooms are all tile. Some have 4person rooms, but they all share a hall bathroom.<br>
I'm not sure about tercero.<br>
Cuarto seems to be where the most social people are. Everyone is really friendly. Segundo, everyone is still friendly, but it seems quieter.
The people are what make the dorm experience! Hopefully you get lucky and get good roommates or make friends around your room!</p>
