Go with where your career interests lie, not with how difficult you or anyone else perceives a particular major to be. Everyone has different strengths, so someone else's weakness may very well be your strength. After all, you can't very well go through life taking the easy road now can you! College is the ideal environment in which to be challenged, and Berkeley can certain offer you an endless supply of challenges, so do take advantage of that, and don't ever, ever be scared of things that are hard! They are generally well worth the trouble in the end. Good luck. :)

heres an option: go to thecampusbuddy and see which dept has highest number of A+s and As --> easiest way to find the easiest major right there son

^Dude, santabanta, clearly you skipped like 3/4 of the insightful discussion that sakky has been providing.

yea i did...not gonna lie..but i answered the thread's question

what about COGNETIVE SCIENCE? how hard is it?

Dunno how hard Cognetive Science is, but Cognitive Science is decently easy and really interesting, according to my roommate. He's a CogSci major with a Linguistics emphasis and he says it's pretty simple but incredibly interesting. It's extremely interdisciplinary; you don't have much depth into any one field at all until you pick your emphasis, and even then it doesn't go super deep.
