Your stats indicate you are well within the range and thus chances should be decent, but no one can assume certainty. Your course difficulty level is a plus. Note that UIUC does not superscore test scores and uses that one with highest composite, but the engineering department actually will consider a higher math score from a second SAT test, which you have. Also, the absence of subject test scores means nothing negative because UIUC does not use them to determine admission. Computer engineering is an impacted major that is thus more difficult to get into than some other engineering majors, although not to the same degree of difficulty as CS.
