What are the odds of me getting into W+M?

It's been my top school for quite some time.

First, the basic info.
I'm an out-of-state female from a small New Jersey town. Only one of my parents went to college, at Lafayette. We're middle class. I'm white and have no religous affiliation (except perhaps with that of the Flying Spaghetti Monster!). Only one person from my high school (a tri-district school) has gone to W+M, and no one from my town has.

SATs:
700 V, 560 M (taking them again in the fall to try for 600), 710 W

SAT IIs:
Planning on taking the US History, Math I, and Literature ones in the fall.

School Extracurriculars:
Swim team, poetry club, academic challenge, volunteer organization, school newspaper, stage crew, vinyl club, NHS

Outside School Extracurriculars:
I work 20+ hours a week at Petsmart, and volunteer for a local animal shelter.

School Stats:
My school hasn't updated our stats since sophomore year and I'm a senior now. So when I was a sophomore, I was 35/180, but I also had about a 3.5 GPA for those two years. My junior year, I averaged a 3.9+. So I'm not sure what I am now but I'm pretty sure my rank has moved up to possibly top 20.

Honors/AP:
Freshman year - Honors English, Honors World History, Honors Geometry, Honors Biology
Sophomore year - Honors English II, Honors US History
Junior year - AP US History, Honors English III

My schedule for next year is:
AP English, Statistics, 20th Century Music, Guitar, Marine Biology, Contemporary Issues, American Wars, French II, Single Survival

My school only offers 6 AP courses and most of them are math/science ones that I am not interested and I'm not about to take an AP course for a class I don't want to take, y'know?

I've been to an open house at W+M, had a personal tour, took an interview with a rising senior a few weeks ago, and have e-mailed a few profs and keep in touch with the senior I spoke with. W+M is also my first choice school, and I have tried to make this known.

I know it's very hard for out-of-staters like myself to get into W+M unless one has a stellar record .. But I figure it's worth a shot, even if I am kinda average.

Would I be better off applying early decision? The acceptance rate is about 44% for early decision, and for regular, it's like 31%. I figure any good odds will help me.

Have you gone into year 3 of any language? If not, that will probably hurt your chances.

Make sure you get an interview too. But as an OOS female with your stats your chances are not good at all. Your stats are fine, but W&M is almost impossible for white OOS females.

Being OOS will make it tough for you to gain admission. But your SAT also could be a problem. One of my son's friends was waitlisted with a 4.2 and a 1370. She was No. 1 in her class and had tons of ECs. But that said, you have no chance if you do not apply, and yes, an interview could be a help.
