First question, are you a citizen of the US or Mexico?

If you are a US citizen, Y is highly selective; if you are an Intl. applicant, it is extremely selective.

For information on how to apply, see the Y website:

Home | Yale College Undergraduate Admissions;

No one can tell you which colleges you should apply to without detailed information about your academic, EC, and financial circumstances.

p.s. Hispanic status only plays a part in the college admissions process if you are a US citizen or permanent resident.

There are about 8 million students attending 2,774 or so 4 year colleges.
Yale has 5,310 of those undergraduates.
Of those, 18% are international.
Are you in the top 0.01% of students (in the US)?
If so, you have a shot at Yale.
If not, there are 2,773 other institutions to check out.
Like entomom says, what is your GPA? SAT scores? Desired major? Finances? Area of the country?
