Can I just get my bachelor degree and then pass a test? Or do I need post graduate training? Do I need my masters? I’ve already gone on the Oregon government website and still can’t find a clear answer. I live in California right now so no one I know is knowledgeable on Oregon’s requirements. Please someone help!
