<p>I was gonna mess around but I'll give a serious answer.</p>
<p>I'd probably wear a polo shirt, nice/new jeans, and casual shoes.</p>
<p>You will probably see people dressed like a senator. They will stand out as over dressed. You might see a few in t-shirt, etc. That might be okay but I'd prefer to play it safe and be somewhere in the middle.</p>
<p>Unless the invitation specified otherwise (and I didn't look so I don't know), I would just play it casual/nice/comfortable.</p>
