what are you doing for Summer?

Are you guys doing anything productive? What do most college students do other than lounging around?

going to vietnam. not really productive. im just going backpacking. should be an experience though. im looking forward to it.

Hopefully home for 2 weeks to hang out with high school friends, then back to school to do research for most of the summer, then visiting my gparents for a week.

Staying at home...catching up on sleep...getting a job...did I mention sleep?

Middlebury.

I think I just need time to recover and chill after a crazy freshman year. I'm traveling for a few weeks and other than that, chilling and sleep is always good. Perhaps a job or a course, but nothing too demanding. I can always be serious and boring next summer.

Summer classes.
I'm just a tiny bit of a nerd :-)

visiting china for a month (relatives, etc), then taking hellas dance classes to keep myself happy while working a job, and trying to spend as much time as possible with friends.

Hopefully working

Got a really good internship offer in another state and it is perfect for my field. So might just take the offer. Great pay too.

adconard in what grade are you?

I am a second semester junior. I will be a senior in the fall.

nspeds are you doing breadloaf at mid?

Well, I am graduating in May so I will be starting a new job in the mechanical engineering field. I found a good apartment today. If the the cost of utilities are reasonable, I will most likely sign the lease next week. I will be taking a few trips prior to starting my job since I need to work 6 months before qualifying for vacation time.

Going to an excavation in Portugal!

I'll be at home working two jobs and taking Geography one night a week to make up for a credit that didn't transfer (though I like geography so it won't be a problem). I'll also be hanging out with people I've known like forever.

My wisdom teeth are coming out June 1, so that should have be out of things for about a week (4 impacted), I've got to find a job (ughhh), and we're probably going to California for a week to visit family. Hopefully I'll get to catch up on some sleep and spend some time with friends too

Getting a job, going to movies, getting inebriated, pool parties, working out, getting ready for college (whatever that means)
