What are YOU driving around in?

A lot of guys here seem to be commuters, and there seem to be a good number of residential students who go places so I'm curious, what does everyone on here drive?

I've got a '96 Volvo 850 sedan. It's white, not the turbo model (the engine in there is plenty for me), has most of the options (leather, etc), only 63,000 miles. I also have hands-free wireless in the car (I'd never get Bluetooth...ugh, those things look so stupid...give me the mount in the car anyday) and might hard-wire an iPod to the stereo over winter break. I love this car and intend on keeping it until I am hired and after that complete grad school (meaning it's got another 7-10 years left since I'll probably want a house once I get my masters). But that's okay, given the rate of miles I drive I won't hit 100,000 for another 8-9-10 years. (I commute and I live just two blocks away, plus I'm close to everything I need like the bank, grocery, mall, etc.)

a bus. it's great, this baby can fit ~40 adults comfortably, has air conditioning, a sign on the outside so that everyone knows where I'm going, and I have my own personal chauffeur. sweet, huh?!

I drive a 1998 Toyota Corolla. It's got about 36k or 37k miles on it, and I know that I'll be getting a minimum of about 4k each year of school, just from driving to and from school at the beginning and end of summer, and taking trips multiple times a week to Walmart. But she (Ginny) runs really well knock on wood and I like that she's small. Oh, and she's "ruby pearl" color.

i started with my dads old chrysler 300M but it had some problems so i got a volvo s70 and then my cousin crashed it so now im either getting a bmw 335i or a volvo s40.

Sorry to hear about your S70...it's almost the same as my 850 but a newer design...great car indeed.

Get the S40. I drove one earlier this year and I loved it. But then again I've never driven a 335i so I don't know how that would be in comparison...but I know you can't go wrong with a Volvo.

huzzah for Volvo...i love my parents' S60 2.4 turbo. what a monster of a compact sedan.

that said...my vehicle is...

a red skateboard, blank deck and built up from parts i had. make no mistake, the parts i had were ace...mostly the mint condition Fury trucks i had laying around. got some Bones Reds bearings, Powell all terrain wheels (80 hardness)...and i've got me an ace cruising board for less than $80 without the hassle of a 3-foot long longboard, and the pride of saying "yeah, i built it" :D

I drive a 2000 vw black jetta. it doesnt have too many miles and is a great car i can drive to school with

a forest green $60 bike from Target, I've got you guys beat in the luxury department. :D

2005 Nissan Altima 2.5SL

I commuted for three years. For most of that time I drove a 1995 Pontiac Transport mini-van. I graduated in May 2006 and about a 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX. I had to upgrade after driving a crapy van, but that van was tough in terms of durability. But now I have a lot of miles on my Sonata. 17,000 miles since June 7. Yeah...I do a lot of driving, and the Sonata has excellent performance.

I have a 2003 Saturn L200, that I've had since March.

1997 Toyota Camry ~130k miles

1995 Nissan Quest, which I've had since Junior year of high school.

Well since I'm from Sweden my obvious answer is Volvo :P Driving a 1997 Volvo V70 fully equiped.

'93 volvo station wagon with turbo hitting close to 300,000 miles

I don't drive around in anything at the moment.

Buy my car at home is a 96 Lexus ES300.
