my dog and cats
i can talk to my parents on the phone, but no my pets
plus they keep me warm in the winter

I’m going to miss having pets. I have rabbits and cats. They’re awesome.

My family is three hours away, so they’ll deal.

I’m going to miss the beach! And the boardwalk. And skee ball. Coney Island is a pale imitator to my hometown.

My family. Especially my mom because I fought with her alot and I feel bad.
And my hamster. She needs a new home :/

Bump.

Now that the school year is halfway over and [I’m assuming] we’re all back at home or someplace other than school for break, what did everyone -actually- miss while they were at school?

My original response was as follows:

And I wouldn’t change it at all, lol.

A clean room where I can walk around barefoot and taking a shower without slippers.

My answer stays the same… home cooking. Not looking forward to eating from the cafeteria again. lol

Family, Pets, Friends, Surrounding Mountains/Trails, Car, Costco Chicken Bakes

In that order.

I’m only going to miss my dog. I can talk to my family on the phone; I don’t need contact with them. Like romangypsyeyes posted way earlier in this thread, I have an unhealthy attachment to my dog. I cannot imagine living all that time without a dog. Any dog. I’m a dog lover. I’m already dreading it. But nothing could make me HAPPIER than leaving my hometown (and to a much lesser extent, my family).

what am gonna miss bout home?
absolutely nothing

My big ass TV.

applicannot, I was right - I missed my dog more than anything (my bf even goes over to my house so I can skype with her lmao). Anyway, I’ve cured some of my dog-heartache by walking the blood donor dogs on campus (we have a HUGE vet program). Perhaps you can do something similar? It is very rewarding and it means alot to the doggies ^.^
