I have to choose between hanging with my 2 good friends or partying with my old friend/soulmate from the middle school days. I love my 2 friends, but honestly, i love to party and I'd probably end up sitting around eating way too much and watching some lame movie marathon. But with my old friend, I'd be at a party with a bunch of people I don't know, and I don't want to feel like a third wheel (actually, I'd be more of a second wheel, but whatever). But then again, she never leaves me hanging and we always make a good time wherever we go. I'm pretty outgoing and I'm sure I'd still have a ball. I'll choose eventually.

My brother's girlfriend's family is coming over and we're having a huge dinner.

I don't think I've ever spent New Years Eve/Day without my parents; I think it would be pretty strange. New Years Eve & Christmas Eve are family time here, lol.

traxx: I don't think I've ever spent a New Year's WITH my parents- they're such partiers! My first memories of a new year's was them putting me to bed at 6 PM and waking up to use the bathroom around 11 and instead finding a 100 or so adults dancing in my living room! :)

We spent the 1999/2000 new year's together, just the family, and it was so awkward. we watched dick clark and the ball drop, blew horny things, and popped a bottle of sparkling cider. then we all got quiet because we didn't know what else to do, so we went to bed. so lame.

Doing what I do every year. Soda in plastic champagne flutes, my parents going to bed by 11 and me staying up most of the night doing nothing/playing video games.

Option A: Party. I haven't in sooo long and it would be fun to kiss someone when the clock strikes midnight.

Option B: Sleep over at my friends house. All my closest friends would be there...including the best friend that I am in love with. But the chances of me kissing anyone is .000023%.

Spending it with my family and a few friends who are coming over. A lot of people I know are throwing parties, but it's my last actual "childhood" New Years, so I'd rather stay home. There'll be plenty of time for parties later. :]
