So what exactly is Regional Comparitive Studies? I read about it on the website but still didn't understand it. Would your degree be called, "Regional Comparitive Studies" or what? lol.

The degree is a BSFS (Bach. of Sci. Foreign Service) the major is Regional Comparative Studies.

As far as the major itself, it is basically comparative government.

Oh, okay. :)

What kind of careers could on expect with a degree in Foreign Service?

what sort of internationally-oriented subjects/poli sci can you major in if you're in the college? also does anyone know how many courses COL students can take in the SFS?

I'm in SFS, probably majoring in International political economy...
Any current students doing that major? if so, how is it...?

Physics and ~Government or ~Political Economy. Interested in technical side of energy policy.

There are no specifically internationally-oriented majors in the college. There's straight up Political Economy, Government, and Economics.

There are no SFS courses save Political Social Thought and Map of the Modern World, which college students cannot take. They also can't take our Freshmen Proseminars, and possibly a few upper level INAF that are reserved for SFS students.

thanks manderz!
