What are you really striving for??

^Or you could have an office in the UK for Spanish patients.

What do I strive for? To get into my dream school, so I can then fulfill my dream of becoming an officer in the Marines, and later fulfill my dream of becoming a journalist, and writing for The Washington post

Hahah it’s ok. If I was a high school teacher, I’d be horrible. I’d be giving people referrals, playing favorites, mocking the answers of kids I don’t like…which is why I’m not going anywhere near education.

I strive to be successful enough so that I feel accomplished about myself. For now I just want to get close to straight A’s and go to a decent, fun, out of state college like Tulane.

To be honest my motivation to work hard in high school is to get into a fun, party, competitive school like Tulane.

E: I just realized I repeated myself… Sorry heh I just hate repeating myself.

But as I’m here, I’ll just say i that I think a lot of people on this site stress themselves out too much. Remember high school only comes once, and these might be your glory days. Just saying.

I view school as a competition. If that means 6 APs sophmore year, so be it. I love to compete and can’t stand losing. I originally planned taking 2 APs.
Also, 6 APs doesn’t mean no life. I just came out of 11 month relationship and have another gf atm.

Believe in yourself, that’s all it takes.

Short-term: Push myself to see how far I can bend without breaking.

Long-term: Find an occupation that’s interesting & challenging, while still being fun.

Do something I enjoy, have a stable career, help others, and have many options. Oh but goodnoodle’s response is okay too you know if the stable career doesn’t work out. :D
