2 weeks till june sat ii. USH. I have AMSCO and read it. I need another one. Kaplan, Princeton review, or Dummies??? Dummies has good reviews on amazon. idk

In other threads a lot of people seemed to be big fans of REA’s US History Crash Course as a test prep tool – just throwing that out there.

My son used AMSCO and Crash Course. He thought they were good.

what does amsco stand for? I googled it and couldn’t find anything SAT - related.

AMSCO is the publishing company. They have a book for the AP exam that works wonders for SATII USH and APUSH.

Just reread AMSCO. Make charts for yourself to study (Presidents and their significance, major Supreme Court cases, influential books) to test yourself/review. And if you took the AP/took the AP class, you should be totally fine. =)

Use the Barron’s SAT 2 US history subject test prep book, amazingly detailed, helped me get a 790 on the May 1st test. :)
