What books are great to prepare for the AMC?

I mean 12, and I really want a >100 in one shot.

AMC 12 Problems and Solutions - AoPSWiki
Do every problem there. Go through #1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20. Skip 21-25 and go to the AIME and work on 1-3, etc. Skip 13-15 and go to the USAMO. This is the way to get better. I have various books but the only ones that really help aren't that great for the AMC. Keep doing past problems. Buy the 21st century pack of tests from the AMC website if you want.

On that website, there's also a message board, and just doing problems from that qualified me for the AIME. The organization also has books, called the Art of Problem Solving, and both volumes with solutions cost about 80 dollars. So that's kind of expensive, but they're a really good resource, especially if you're thinking about trying to make USAMO and stuff too. I haven't seen the subject books though, so I don't know too much about those.

buy AoPS vol 1 and vol 2...usually it will help you make atleast AIME if you can just get through the books (understand what you are doiing, just dont do the problems)

also on that website, go to the contest section link on the top...youll find all sorts of AMC/AIME questions and also like USAMTS and stuff...

if are really bad in one area, you should buy their specialized books that only deal with algebra/geo/NT (buy the intro ones)...

@kysuke: umm yea but if you only want to get 100+ on the AMC 12, you should only do 1-5 on AIME, the rest are like hard, even for people that can get 120+ on AMC 12...so i think instead of going to AIME after AMC 12, you should do like Mandelbrot or something, if you can find those questions...

I looked at the 2000 AMC, but questions 13-25 won't show unless I open the solutions. And there are other problems that aren't complete.

Yea it's not complete but here's the ones that are complete:
02B, 03A, 04A, 05A, 06B, 06A, 07A, 07B, 08A, 08B.
I also have The Contest Problem Book V which has 6 years of the AHSME and AIME. I have AoPS 1 and 2 but I don't find them as useful as past tests.
