Hmm, well I started with Barron's. I tossed that and used Kaplan. I went through the entire review part in Kaplan(200 pgs or so) + 2 practice tests. 800.

Barron's mainly - REALLY GOOD, and a little bit of RUSH

800

I used a combination of study materials:
Barron's for the review material and tests
Princeton for the tests
Sparknotes for the tests

I got a 770 on the MathII. I was aiming for a 800. I highly recommend that you use the Barron's tests, judging from what I saw on the test.

If it would be any one book it would be Barron's. I've bet you've already heard this, but don't get disappointed when you get less than 750 on the barron's. Barron's is waaaaay harder than the real test.

I used Barrons, got a 780, but then because i'm an overachiever and my sister got a 790 when she took it and i had to beat her(sibling rivalry), i retook it, used Barrons again, and got an 800 on the june one. Barrons has everything you need to get an 800, you just need to practice. Also, see if you can get your hands on a TI-89 just because it can save you time on the easy, but time consuming questions so you can spend more time on the harder questions.

Good Luck next time!!

I used some book from a company called REA for....1.5 hours of studying the night before?

Ended up with a 800.

I don't know about actually learning the material, but I just took two of Barron's practice tests and got an 800. I'm not sure how good the book is at teaching, so at a minimum, use it's tests.

I didn't read any books because I only had 1 week to prepare. I bought the Barrons, PR, and official Collegeboard Math SAT II books and did all of the practice tests except the Barrons ones, paying close attention to how I managed my time. I was scoring like 650 on the PR tests and I scored like 720 on the CB tests. I ended up not even touching my Barrons book because of how misleading I heard the tests were.

My final score? A very surprising 770. :) I used a TI 84+ and put a bunch of helpful programs on it.

PR, read straight through while making flash cards, along with the 2 practice from both editions of the collegeboard book

800

I used Barron's, but I didn't really like it very much because I think it's hard to learn math from just a book. I am taking very hard courses in math, but most of the material from this test was on stuff that I have done 2 or 3 years ago. I got a 650 :( I will probably retake.

800

Princeton Review. highest school math, precalculus.

PR, read it and did the practice test a few days before the test and got an 800 on the real thing.

Barron's...

eight to the double O

Princeton Review for the tests and concepts. Kaplan for the tests. Got an 800.

Just Kaplan. Fairly good review w/ nice chapter summaries. Also did one test the day before the test. -800

rushed a lot
read through Barron's in 45 min
did 4 practice tests (2 Barron's , 2 CB)
800 :D

Wow, everyone has an 800 . . .

My mommy bought me a McGraw Hill one or something, I did 3 practice questions the night before, took it and got an 800. Not trying to brag, just naturally good with math =)

I used Barron, Kaplan, and Princeton Review. The books are not important. If you know all of the concepts, relax and you will do fine. Also, keep track of the time, I ran out of time and left 4 to 5 blanks. :(
I took Math II twice. First time I got a 730 and June I got 800! I was very surprised. The test has changed over time, so do not rely on what type of questions you got last time.
I think the June test is closer to the questions on Barron and the questions are getting harder.
Be confident and you will get the score you wanted.
