What boxes do I need to check for grade level and level of recognition?

My honors:

  • National Merit Semifinalist (took the PSAT last year, awarded NMSF this year)
  • AP Scholar with Distinction (awarded over this summer)
  • National Honor Society (applied last year but inducted this year)

Grade level and level of recognition?

I was thinking:

  • NMSF: Grade 12, National
  • AP Scholar: Grade 12, International
  • NHS: Grade 12, School
