What caliber of school can I hope for?

Hello,

Throughout highschool, I gave very little thought to college admissions, but now that it's senior year, I kind of wish I did. I'm a bit ignorant, so I was wondering if somebody could let me know how I stand against other students and what kind of chances I have.

Since I don't really know how this works, I'm just going to list everything I have.
I might be calculating my GPA incorrectly as my school doesn't weigh GPA's.
Thank you in advance. (-:

I'm an Asian male living in California. Haha, I'm sure that's going to hurt me. :-(
I'll also probably be applying for financial aid..

I'll be applying as an Econ. major, or something very similar for most schools.

SAT Scores-
Reasoning: 2150 [CR: 640 Math: 710 Writing: 800]
I plan on taking the US History and Math Level 2 subject tests in November,
and I'm hoping to get at least 700 in both of them, hopefully 750.

Not too much as far as Extra Curriculars go-
Volunteer at local YMCA for 2 years.
Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. Placed (2nd or 3rd) in a few small tournaments.
Long-time runner and seasonal running coach. Placed second in age group in a large half-marathon. Various other awards in smaller racers in shorter distances.
Worked with a fundraiser for Smiletrain for a summer
Had a part-time job as a swimming instructor for one summer
School's French Club President
Founder/President of School's Korean club
Honorary board member of school's fashion club
Small volunteer activities here and there.

I don't expect my essays to be too wonderful; they'll likely be average at best, because my writing style is very bland, uninformative, and sometimes pretentious.

I'm fairly confident about most of the UC's, but what are my chances for LA, Berkeley, and other selective schools? Hopefully I won't be heart broken today! haha.

Thank you again. Have a nice day.

Not to be too eager, but does anybody have any opinions? (:
