What caliber of school could I actually get into?! Please help!

For what kind of college/university am I qualified?
I'm currently a sophomore in a New Jersey public high school. As of the end of my Freshman year, I am ranked 11 out of 643, but my GPA is steadily increasing. Currently I have a 103.5, and it should continue to go up. My realistic goal is to be in the Top 10 by the end of the year. I am taking AP Biology this year, and took AP World History last year (only a 3 on the exam). I should be taking 10 more APs over the next two years. I got a 192 on the PSAT with no preparation. My current English teacher is known for improving SAT scores A LOT and I'll be studying on my own, so I should get around 2000+ on the actual SAT.
APs taken/taking: World History, Biology, Chemistry, US History, English 3, Calc AB, Psychology, English 4, Spanish, Calc BC, Physics B, & Government

I am involved in Future Business Leaders of America in my school. I placed second at a regional competition, and qualified for states. My chances of placing at states and going to nationals for FBLA are very high (only 5 people competing, and top 3 go), so that might be a possibility. I am running for Parliamentarian this year, and will probably (hopefully) be unopposed. Next year I'll be running for VP, and should get it.
I am also in Key Club, Science League (Biology last year, this year Chem), and Academic Challenge (Captain Freshman year). Outside of school I participate in the Medical Explorers club at my local hospital and get some volunteer hours through that.
I am a mentor through my local Police Athletic League organization and should be getting A LOT of volunteer hours through that, in addition to at least 50 hours each year from Key Club (requirement).

I applied for a research internship at Drexel University College of Medicine and am a pretty good candidate for that. That should get me around 250+ hours of research experience. If not, I'll hopefully get a job and have work experience instead.

I am planning on majoring in Biology or Chemistry in college for Pre-Med. Becoming a doctor has been my main career goal for basically my entire life.

My dream schools right now are University of Pennsylvania, Washington University in St. Louis, and Johns Hopkins University in no particular order. Realistic schools might be NYU, University of Pittsburgh (both of which I like), or similar schools. (Maybe Vilanova or Temple because I have legacy status.) I really don't know what kind of school I could get into. I'm looking for a more urban school or just out of the city with a good science department and perhaps affiliated with a good medical school.
Please tell me what caliber school you think I could get into and please give plenty of examples if able to. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Please & Thanks!

Seriously, I am very curious as to how I actually stack up.

Without actual SAT/ACT scores, it is hard to suggest schools.

2000 would be below the 25th percentile for U Penn and WashU, and barely above it for Johns Hopkins, which would make them high reaches for that score. Those schools have low acceptance rates and hence are reaches for everyone, but if you score above 2100, they would be reaches rather than high reaches.

There are lots of great schools that would be matches for you, with a 2000 SAT score and your high grades/rank. Look at USNWR National U’s in the 20-50 range, and LACs in the 10-30 range.

TCNJ is a great instate option for biology/pre-med. Pitt is another good option.

College Navigator has admission statistics for all colleges. Once you know what your SAT scores are, look for schools where your scores are in the top half.

Not sure if this will end up edited once I respond, but have you put in all your data into Collegedata.com? It’s actually been very accurate for my S --the schools that he got denied at were “low maybe” on this site and he’s gotten accepted at the schools that were “good bets”. You have great stats and yes, if you can prep a bit for the SAT, that’s going to help you considerably. You should be able to bring it up even more than you are estimating (S went from 208 on PSAT to 2300 with prep course, so it’s worth the time and cost!). But, you look great so far on paper —keep it up and make sure to study for the AP exams too (4’s and 5’s are possible for you!).

i think that you have great potential…you have fantastic extracurriculars, it sounds like your SAT score will be good andyou have taken a rigorous schedule. I’m not sure how to evaluate GPA in numbers off of a 4.0 scale but what you said seems to be good from prior knowledge…i say go for the ivys and definitely JHU! Your back up schools sound like they can be some people’s reach schools considering your merit
