I also did varsity cheer, track, and cross country in high school and a mentor ship program. Also did lots of volunteer work, danced, sang and played piano for 10 years(passed tests/competitively)
Also participated in lots of clubs…
My top choice rn is CSULB but I have no idea as the major I want to do is competitive(nursing) any suggestions or chance?
The Cal States use the eligibility index to rank applicants by major.
For the SAT, your EI is 4150 and for the ACT is 1050. I think these numbers should get you into CSULB’s Pre-nursing and Cal State Fullerton’s direct admit nursing program (ACT EI is 1010+).
I would look into Cal Poly SLO and Pomona, but they have no nursing major, but either Biology or Microbiology could fulfill the nursing requirements.
UCR/UCSC could be options as a science major.
