What can I do if the college might take back the acceptance?

I am in the hot water right now. I am taking 5 AP this senior year, and 4 for this semester. But now 2 of my AP classes, AP Calculus AB and AP Comparative Government, are dying. I am receiving D in this two class. But all other classes are fine. And these two classes are the extra AP class which will not affect my graduation. If I got these two Ds, my final GPA should be 3.08 (all other semesters are about 3.67-3.9). I am very depressed right now. I asked teacher if they can give me extra work or something, but they said there is no way I can be saved. I really afraid if UW is going to take back the acceptance. Is there any thing I can do to save myself? Like talk to the office of UW or college counselor (I talked to my high school counselor, she could do nothing about about it)?
Do anyone have any advise?? Please,please...

You need to call the school and come clean up front. Usually if you are honest, they will work with you. But if you don’t call, you are at risk.
