what can I do in order to improve college applications

I want to stand out to colleges. Here are my main components to my college applicantion... I still have this summer to make it more impressive. Any suggestions? Also, what colleges do you think I can get into as of now? Thanks guys!

my GPA is a 4.0 unweighted and probably will be a 4.2ish (weighted) by the end of this semester. For senior year I am gonna take AP English Lang, AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Psychology, and probably 2 classes at a local college (physics and another class..spanish?).
I still have not taken the ACT, but will on the 27th of this month and the 11th (i think?) of June--aiming for 32. I got a 1980 on my SAT (BIG dissapointment. Will be retaking in June... shooting for 2100). Also will be taking 3 subject tests in May.
Extracurricular wise, I am doing a ton of volunteering. This year I decided to do hospital volunteering and so far I have around 80-90ish hours at the hospital(doing 4 a week). Freshman and sophmore year I did volunteering at the school and at the library. Also, the summer after sophmore year, I helped out at a bball camp and helped kids read at a local library. Overall, I probably have around 200 hours?
As for awards, freshman year I won the all A's award, geomerty student of the year, and communication applications student of the year. Sophmore year (at my new school), I recieved the principals honor roll. This year, I won the Discus Award, an academic letter (for receiving a high GPA), and the prinicpal's honor roll. I will also be awarded several awards for the congressional award (probably bronze, silver, and gold certificates). As for clubs, freshman year I was part of the student council (student ambassador). Sophomore year I was part of the spanish club, red cross club, and model UN. I couldnt become anything too big (i.e. president) because I left my old school when I moved to colorado springs. This year, I will be part of the national honor society and hopefully, soon, I will be part of the teen council for volunteers at the hospital. As for next year, I will be a member of STAH and Link Crew(should have done those this year as well). This summer, I am gonna try to do something different- maybe some job shadowing? Not sure on that one.... I cant really think of anything else, but I am sure I am missing somethingAnyways, I know I got some work to do on my college applications.
Thanks, again!!

“Also, what colleges do you think I can get into as of now?”

Well, which colleges are you interested in?
Do you know what region of the U.S. you’d prefer to live in?
Do you have an idea of what you’d like to major in?

Remember, it’s quality not quantity of ECs that count. Don’t spread yourself too thin. Pick the 2-3 things you care most about, and try to accomplish something with each activity that you are really proud of. Not only will that differentiate you from the many thousands of high achieving kids who otherwise look just like you (lots of clubs and school awards), but it will make you a more interesting person and perhaps help you figure out what you want to do with your life.

see, the problem is that I moved schools in the middle of sophomore year, so I had to “restart” all of my ECs. This has been a major problem in moving ahead in the clubs (i.e. becoming president)…

I am interested in colleges with a good pre-med program. I am also interested in colleges with combined degree/accelerated medical programs. I dont really care where the college is located and I want to major in Biology (I am pretty sure…)
