I’m a sophomore currently. Do any of you have advice on what classes I should take and what else I can do to spice up my application? Would be greatly appreciated. I know my resume is not really that much and I am aiming sort of high. So what can I do to help my chancing of ivy league acceptance for the second half of sophomore year and next year?
White female, lower class, immigrant (Russia), currently living in orange county NY

I volunteer at my town court and will soon volunteer in a hospital. I am currently working on independent research on Lyme disease. I am also taking a 10 day law program during the summer at Stanford (called the Envision Law & Trial Program). Summer of junior year I will volunteer abroad possibly in Nepal or Thailand. I am part of 2 clubs, SADD and mock trial, no leadership positions right now. I have been running track for a few years. I have not taken the SAT yet but I am practicing. I know it’s not much, but that’s why I’m asking; so I can get suggestions. Thanks!
