Hello

I was just wondering what options I have if I major in biology. I am asking this here to see what actual biology majors are doing now after getting their degrees.

Thanks!

Research assistants. Basically, the guys who do all the work on labs.

It’s very hard to get a job with just an undergrad degree in biology these days. At least at my school sooooooo many bio majors and I think they do it just because it’s easy and satisfies the pre-men requirement to be honest.

I know a number of Environmental Scientists who were Biology majors.

Medical school, law school, graduate school, jobs that require any degree, jobs that require no degree, science teacher, popular science media.

Forensic Science

I got my biology degree in 2006, and I’m a PhD student in a developmental neurobiology lab.

I think the OP was wondering what one jobs one can get with just a B.S. Obviously, grad school is an option.

Just answering the question in the original post. :)
