What can I do?

What can I do to prepare for the ACT?

I'm currently a sophomore in high school. I'm supposed to take the ACT next year and i want to get a 36. English is not my first language and currently, I'm not really good at math, english, or reading. I took a Plan practice test and my composite score was a 16, (With the highest score being in the science section) . Does any one have any suggestions, books, that I can use? I want to learn math, english, and reading, from the basics. I don't think that the schools i went to were competitive and i don't think i gave alot of effort on my schoolwork. With that said, Now i want to catch up on those things that i didn't get a grip on, such as algebra, geometry, grammar, etc.

Thanks and God bless.
