What can I expect?

I'd like some opinions on my chances at top colleges. Here are my stats.

Black Male
GPA: 3.35 UW/4.1 W
Rank: 24 out of 254
SAT: 1570- 800 Math 770 Verbal
SAT II's: 790 Writing 690 US History 720 (projected) Math IIC
ACT: 30

AP scores: Psychology 5, World History 4, US History 4, English Language 4
Senior Schedule:

I've taken basically the hardest courseload available at my school with all honors or AP's. I'll have taken 7 AP classes, whereas the most of anyone in my school is 9, and I've taken the second most.

AP Calc AB
AP Chemistry
AP European History (Independent Study)
AP US Government
AP Humanities (mixture of English and History. Geared towards the Lit exam).

My Extracurriculars are probably slightly below average, but I've started my own baseball magazine and I'm a National Merit Semi-finalist.

Reaches:
Dartmouth (first choice)
Amherst
Williams
Harvard
Princeton

Matches:
Colgate
Hamilton
University of Rochester

Safeties:
The College of New Jersey
Dickinson College

Essays and recommendations should be excellent. I understand that I should a good chance at most schools, especially with minority status, but I'm really worried about my rather low GPA/Rank and my below average EC's. Any thoughts on my chances would be appreciated. Oh, and I currently have all A's in my classes this Mp.

Sorry to do this, but Bump.

I'm relatively sure you will get accepted by all of the colleges you're applying to (or at least 3 out of the 5 reaches) because of your very high SAT's, minority status, decent class rank, and rigorous schedule. Make sure you crank out some good essays. Best of luck to you.
