What can you do over intercession?

I'm a freshman at Princeton and since I'm not going home during intercession, I was wondering what there is to do on campus and beyond... Any opportunities or events that might be interesting? I know that some people are training to be art museum tour guides, and that there's a Pace Center breakout trip during spring break, but I'm interested in hearing about other opportunities... I haven't exactly found much on the internet, and most of the people I know are just going to use the break to relax. Does anyone do internships over intercession? How long in advance should you start looking?

Any ideas? It’s too late for me to apply for the PACE center trips; I found out about them too late… :(

chillax…at least that’s what I’m doing

Honestly, it’s the week after finals, I’m sure the street will be open so just sleep in and have a good time. Or if you want to be the typical overachiever, why don’t you do some of the reading and preview for your spring semester classes?

A week long internship isn’t bound to be anything insightful or useful, which is why such a thing doesn’t really exist. Resume padding can only take you so far, take the time to learn a new skill or pursue an extracurricular interest.

or sleep, as exam week can get rough :)
