I love science but am unsure what I want to major in, as I really love the humanities too. Lately I’ve been thinking environmental science because it is sorta the most interdisciplinary science major- often requires classes in politics, economics, math, etc; plus, you know, saving the earth and stuff. The school I want to go to has an option where you concentrate in environmental chemistry. I enjoy and am good at chemistry and physics, not so much biology. The question I have is- what kind of careers do environmental science majors lead to? Are there opportunities for research or do you have to have a grad degree for that; if so, what kinds?
