<p>^ Lucrative pay is usually offered to majors in the sciences. Although one can hope to get lucky, the question that you must ask yourself is what asset can you bring to a table?</p>

<p>I’d say PoliSi will get you more money down the line but don’t expect to be making a huge sum when you start. Connections and networking is everything.</p>
<p>I’d say get a government job first. Keep your grades, and qualify for a GS-7 paygrade.</p>

<p>when you say “sciences”, do you mean biology, chemistry, etc.? political science shouldn’t be classified as an actual science…</p>
<p>I’m fluent in Chinese…but i’m not sure if I want to use my PoliSci degree and go into Law after college…thee supposedly make bank but I’m not willing to work long hours everyday</p>

<p>with chinese you can do int. bus. and working for the govt. as a lawyer will allow you to not work as long as a firm.</p>
