What class do I take?

Can you guys help me out choosing my elective for next year.
Here is my schedule...
AP Calculus AB/BC(2 Periods)
AP U.S. History (1 Period)
AP English Language and Composition(1 Period)
Chemistry(I think this is pre-AP. I am not sure if they will be offering AP next year)(1 Period)
Culinary Arts (2 Periods)

I only need one more class. I have narrowed down my options to Multimedia(required), psychology(NOT AP), and Spanish 3(pre-ap). To get to spanish 4(AP) I need to take spanish 3. The thing is I already know Spanish fluently. I have also been told that the Spanish AP test is easy. Altough the Spanish class would help my GPA. But then again I could take Psychology and just take the Spanish AP test. So what do you guys think. By the way removing Culinary Arts is not an option.

I don't know who told you that the AP Spanish test is easy but from what I've heard it is hard. I'm in spanish 4 and currently taking AP spanish pracitce tests from previous years and they are not easy. However since you are fluent in spanish it probably will be easy for you as long as your know your grammar very well. As for what you should take for your elective depends on what you are interested in. If you want to take another easy AP class then I would recommend you to take AP Environmental Science. So far your schedule seems to be pretty easy; AP calculus isn't hard, Chemistry was easy for me, and the AP language exam was very easy.
