<p>Does colleges look at the courses you take in college or just the GPA? Like in high school, they look at the choice of courses you take. So it should apply while in college too, right? For example, I hae taken diff. equation in my first semester. Will college value that more than someone who take calculus 1 in their first semester?</p>
<p>probably some, but i mean since both are non gimme courses, gpa is more important id think; an a- in calc would probably look better than a b in diff equations, even a B+ perhaps. now if you were talking a really advanced class, then maybe. but diff equations isnt more than 300 level id think</p>
<p>This is like someone who took pre-cal in their senior year vs. someone who took AP Cal BC.</p>
