For some courses there are no professors listed, so do you know when we will find out about them? Also is it a good idea to take classes even if profs are not listed yet?

^ You might find out as late as the first day you walk into that class. And some classes (CMS 306M, for example) have no professors listed at all for all times, but I have to take the class. I figure I’ll get by. I can always change it around once I find out about professors.

I am in a small problem and I need some help. Ok so I just checked on blackboard about seeing who is in my classes and I happen to find someone I know on there. She went to the same high school as me. But the problem is that last summer when I saw her, I told her I was going to A&M because that was my original plan. But things changed and now I am at UT. So she thinks I’m at A&M. What do I tell her when I see her in that class? lol I am in an awkward situation.

Uh… just tell her you changed your mind. Or just avoid her for four months.

Shane, nothing is awkward unless you make it so. I don’t see a problem here. Relax!

you can now browse books at UT bookstore or find ISBN’s for your registered classes as of now … right

oh ok thanks Why Two Kay! I guess I will do the same thing…:)

How do you use blackboard to find out who’s in your classes?

thanks for the response.

and to look up people, just go to this website and log in to blackboard

[The University of Texas at Austin Blackboard Support Site](http://www.utexas.edu/academic/blackboard/)

and then
Blackboard > Send Email (from left hand menu) > Choose course > Select Users
