I definately had to frantically come up with an entirely new schedule ten minutes before my registration time.

Looking at it now, it doesn't look that bad, that out of all of the Chem teachers, mine has the lowest recomendation...
I just kinda wanted to get everything over with early on. It will be bad if I don't make it into Erth 50. It is only offered in the fall, and is a prereq for all the other required classes for Erth Sciences. If I dont make it into that, I am going to take Erth 30, The Oceans.

My schedule doesn't look too bad, especially considering I never looked at the teachers/available classes until my actual appointment time. I ended up doing quick research on the teachers in a few minutes on ratemyprofessor.com, and ended up getting pretty decent professors. All my classes with 10-minute passing periods are very close to each other, as well as being mostly in the morning (which is a plus). Also, my finals schedule is very impressive as my three classes are each on different dates and I even get time in the morning to study for my Math 20B final. Anyway, 18 units if I get the Freshman Seminar and 17 if I don't--pretty good haul.

larekristie, looks like i will be seeing you in ethnic studies! :D when's your discussion?

and i might be seeing you (oyama) in muir writing, unless you have the other TA. which one is yours? i got pak...i think you can check via the muir writing website.

i got registration yesterday, and i got st. louis originally for muir writing because the others were filled up, and then i realized after looking at the patterns of enrollment that they open up an extra 3 spots every day so this morning i woke up and re-registered myself into pak's class, at the exact same time. :D

Oh I woke up at 7:30 this morning, completely randomly, and was curious enough to look, so when I found out she (?) was open, I immediately dropped the other section and took Pak.

Maybe you can try on Monday morning, really early. It's ridiculous if they only have 15 freshmen per class, considering how many Muir freshmen there are who need to take the writing.

So I guess you either have Pak, Smith or St. Louis...do you know the section ID you signed up for? That's how you check which one. Hope you're in my class!

Your schedule's going to deprive you of sleep, whether you like it or not :D

And dammit. I got St Louis. I had no clue we could look at which TA would be assigned >_< (I should have actually looked at webreg before my appt)

What, the dancing in the morning? :)
If it was math or chem in the morning, HELLNO I wouldn't wake up at 8 for it. But dance, any day. I would've waken up at 8 anyways to go exercising, regardless, so getting credit AND getting a free A while doing what I would've done anyways is a good deal for me.

I'm just worried about the chem and math on wed and thurs. Don't want to be going to class at night!

I didn't take any Calc senior year, so I'm worried about my 20B :{ The rest of my classes will be easy (I already speak Japanese [Just can't read], Econ1 is one of the easiest classes in UCSD, and and composition is one of my strongest areas).
