Hi guys, I'm curious to know what classes you all took with Organic Chemistry, and how many credits that totaled? I'm on the sidelines on whether or not I should drop one class since I'm at 17 credits. I attend VCU, here is my Fall Semester.

-Cell Bio (3 credits)
-Organic Chem (3 credits)
-Organic Chem Lab (2 credits)
-Application of Statistics (Psychology-statistics class) (3 credits)
-Honors: Mathematics in Civilization (3 credits)
-Lifespan Psychology (3 credits)***

***I'm thinking about dropping Lifespan psychology

However, from what I hear, honors MiC is an easy A. Application of stats seems to be almost like a general statistics class with some psychology added into it. Lifespan psychology and cell bio seem like A LOT of memorization. And orgo....well we all know Orgo is a tough subject.

@Sm00th, Last fall (my freshman year) in addition to Ochem1, I took:
HONORS COLLOQUIUM - 1 credit
HONR269E EXPLORING KEY ISSUES IN GLOBALIZATION (a 3 credit seminar)
MATH241H CALCULUS III (4 credit honors class)
MUET220 MUSICAL CULTURES OF WORLD - 3 credit
MUSC229U UNIVERSITY BAND (1 credit, but took a lot of time)
MUSP109A PERFORM PIANO (private lessons + a weekly studio class + recitals and jury) - 2 credits, however, this one class requires at least 2 hours/day practice in addition to attendance

This was 18 credits and there was plenty of time for Ochem.
Good luck.

honors orgo/lab
genetics/lab
upper level philosophy class
financial planning

Only 14h. Save for organic, which was hands down the hardest class I took as an undergrad, this was probably my easiest semester. It did kind of suck that my bio exams and orgo exams were on the same day for the entire semester. Great lessons in time management.
