I’m considering signing up for Basic Studio Drawing (ART 104), but it seems kinda long at 2h45min and I can’t see who the instructors are. I want to take something that’s more engaging than a generic english class; I’m interested in hearing what other ppl have taken.
Music 160: American Pop Music. Basically the study of pop music and impact that it had on pop culture in America from the early 1930s to late 90s. The class is only offered in the Spring and only has 25 seats, so unless you got senior standing, it’s gonna be a tough one to get into (probably why nobody ever talks about it, since it’s nearly impossible to get into unless you have a ton of credits under your belt). But, Music 150 (Lively Arts) is also available, and that one is much easier to get into. Class is taught by the same professor as 160, just it has over 100 seats available and is taught both semesters.
