What classes should I take my senior year?

OK so I'm a high school junior trying to plan my senior year. I have to submit my class schedule in a few weeks and I'm still stuck!! So here are all of the classes I'm looking at and their credit values (6 credits= 1 full year)...

AP Biology- 1.0
AP Environmental Science- 1.0
AP Calculus- 1.0
AP Statistics- 1.0
AP Literature and Composition- 1.0
AP Psychology- 1.0
Mythology- 0.5
Popular Literature: Science Fiction and Fantasy- 0.5
Economics- 0.5
Psychology- 0.5
Independent Living- 0.5
Career Exploration- 0.5

Phew! Now here's what I've been considering. I either want to take calculus or stat, not both, but I'm not sure which to take. Obviously I don't want to take both psychology and ap psychology. I'm considering taking both bio and environmental, but that would mean getting rid of some "fun" classes. I'm a hard worker, but I know I'm not perfect. My cummulative GPA is 3.76 and my current is 3.95 if that tells you anything, idk. I don't want to take more than 3 ap classes unless stat AND environmental are involved, because I know those would be easy for me. I'm taking biology at a community college this summer... would it be silly to take ap bio as well? I want to go to a small, semi-prestigious liberal arts school like Pepperdine or Whitman and double major in Humanities and Biology. Other than changing my specifics, that IS what I want to do. I might change my "Biology" major into something like Botany, but that's about it. So what should I do? I'm talking to my counselor (again) tomorrow, but I'd still like some input. Thanks :)
