What classes to fulfill sector reqs

I'm playing around with my schedule a lot and trying to find one course that fills one of the sector reqs I haven't done (arts + letters , humanities, natural sci, physical sci) okay basically most of them. If you've taken a great class or had a great professor with any of those (esp arts+letters and humanities) then please tell me. I'm looking for a class that I enjoy, learn a lot in (really, this is the top priority) and can get a good grade in. I don't care if it's hard as long as it's reasonable.

English 101 for arts and letters

College Curriculum - Course Listing

Music 50 is a good one for Arts and Letters. It's interesting and easy.

I liked Music 050 as well. But check PCR for difficulty ratings because my friend's class (with Rommen I think) was harder than mine (but my prof isn't teaching anymore).

^one of my friends had Rommen for two classes and said they were easy. I guess it's also opinion.

for my first semester i was thinking about taking just intermediate french, math 104, econ 001 and a writing seminar? is this a good idea or a bad idea?

^Thats basically what I took.

Does anybody know about English 080 with Filreis (just curious)?

Penn Course Review is your best friend. Also, the departments' websites.
