<p>You can sign up for all of your classes during orientation. We’re not like Cal :rolleyes:</p>
<p>But, EC3 fills up the fastest, because everyone has to take it eventually.</p>

Math 3A
Chem 14A</p>
<p>I would actually do Chem 14A before Math 3A, chem is in bigger classes with less lectures to choose from and math you can just fit it into the open time slot… personal experience: during winter quarter I decided to sign up for math with a good professor during my first pass so I did but when my 2nd pass rolled around, the chem lecture I want was gone and the only one left coincided with my math class while there was a math class from 8 to 12 and they were all open, so I had to switch out from the math class I picked in first pass and go to another math lecture while if I signed up for chem first I could had both classes because the math class I wanted was still open</p>
<p>eh, but in this case it’s at orientation. the difference isn’t between passes, just minutes…</p>
<p>if you’re really concerned, bring a laptop and sign yourself up when 9am rolls around.</p>
<p>yeah if i brought my laptop, i wouldn’t have had to take Hist1A…</p>
